Kitconnect does not work after it has been uploaded

Firstly, please look through the common errors with kitconnect. Maybe you can find a solution to your problem.

Sometimes, the web server doesn’t have permissions to read and execute uploaded files. After uploading the kitconnect package, please correct its permissions by:

• Changing the permission of the kitconnect_xxx folder to 755
• Changing the permission of the kitconnect.php file to 644

These values may vary depending on your web server, you could check them on existing files and folders.
